Helivanta
One connected hospital, from boardroom to bedside
Helivanta is a hospital management system where departments, administration and management work from the same records. Reception, doctors, the laboratory and the pharmacy each add to one patient record, and every batch of stock lands on a trail that only grows — a correction is added, never overwritten. Patient registration, outpatient visits, lab orders, pharmacy dispensing and hospital setup are available today; billing, inpatient care, procurement and the rest of the hospital follow on a published roadmap.

Features
What's in the box.
One patient, one record
Registration, outpatient visits, lab orders and dispensing all write to the same record, so a returning patient is found, not registered again.
Pharmacy with batch and expiry
A stock register with batch and expiry control, quarantine, dispensing, and supplier payables and settlements — each batch traceable to the patient it went to.
Laboratory orders and worklists
Doctors order tests against the visit and they land on the laboratory's worklist. Specimen tracking and validated result release are on the roadmap.
Hospitals, teams and permissions
Run several hospitals under one organisation, with hospital-scoped staff directories and access that follows each person's role.
A trail that only grows
Stock and money land on one trail. A correction adds an entry instead of overwriting one, so an auditor sees what changed, who changed it and why.
Your organisation's workspace
Your own logo and login theme across every hospital, pharmacy and laboratory in your organisation.
